I am going to keep this in mind for myself too. I am going to work hard to make sure that my strengths and limitations are clear and in turn, choose to work only with people that want what I can give. If they want something more, like say perfection, then I will gladly direct them to a more seasoned photographer.
I learned some other stuff from working with him too, mainly that when I'm working, work quickly and sincerely. This is especially important when dealing with teenagers. No nonsense and no blowing smoke. This works for me because that is basically my personality: no nonsense and no smoke.
